What happens when you sign

1. createPoolWithTransferHook on the Sprint config (85 SOL threshold, one of 3 Hooxy configs). Meteora creates the Token-2022 mint with our hook set.
2. gamepad::init_game creates the game state (Bullseye, your rules), the pot vault and the hook's account list.
3. No first buy. The first trader starts round 1.

Config: 2% trading fee, fees in SOL, immutable mint authority, 100% of LP locked at graduation. If the metadata makes the transaction too big, the first buy moves into a second transaction.

Uploads the image and metadata, then your wallet signs once (twice if the metadata is long). Needs about 0.02 SOL plus any first buy.
